The Opportunity
We are partnering with a high-profile fitness operator to appoint a Head of Product with a clear mandate: elevate and scale the Personal Training (PT) proposition across a multi-site estate. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for shaping product strategy, driving commercial performance, and embedding a data-led culture across the PT offering.
You will take ownership of assessing the current PT product, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering a robust, scalable strategy that enhances member experience and maximises revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and deliver the overarching PT product strategy aligned with business goals
- Evaluate the current PT offering using data analysis and performance metrics
- Identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions across multiple sites
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Build and embed a data-led approach to product development and performance tracking
- Develop and implement a robust reporting framework, including clear KPIs
- Analyse commercial performance and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Create detailed financial models and projections to support product initiatives
- Drive revenue growth through optimisation of pricing, packaging, and PT delivery models
- Develop business planning modules for PT teams to improve individual and club-level performance
- Product Development & Implementation
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of PT product innovation—from concept to rollout
- Project manage key initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution
- Continuously refine the product based on performance data and customer feedback
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and senior leadership teams
- Engage and influence key stakeholders across a multi-site business
- Support and guide club-level teams in delivering best-in-class PT experiences
About You
- Proven experience in a senior product or commercial role within the fitness industry at group level
- Strong background managing multi-site operations, within a large-scale fitness operator
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing data-driven strategies
- Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business outcomes
- Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and commercial planning
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering initiatives at scale
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Passion for fitness and a deep understanding of the Personal Training landscape
