Head of Security at Street Group
Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership over the organizational security.
- Working closely in partnership with IT and Engineering teams to ensure a strong security posture and culture across the company.
- Providing clear, data‑driven answers to the leadership team regarding current security status and areas for improvement.
- Designing and implementing pragmatic security policies that protect the business while allowing teams to remain fast and flexible.
- Managing the documentation and communication of security standards to clients, including completing security assessments and compliance.
- Acting as Data Protection Officer for the group.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating new threat vectors emerging from AI technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in a security role, ideally within a high‑growth, start‑up or scale‑up and understanding of a company moving through investment rounds.
- Experience leading audit and maintenance processes for ISO27001 or SOC2.
- Comfortable working across both application security and infrastructure, with a deep understanding of data protection laws and policies.
