Embed Balanced Scorecard metrics into all reporting frameworks, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and procurement KPIs. Provide regular performance updates and trend analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
Establish global standards for data governance, reporting, and analytics within the CoE. Ensure consistency, scalability, and best practices across all regions and categories.
Deliver benchmarking tools and performance dashboards that enable continuous improvement and support CoE‑led transformation programmes.
Deliver deep‑dive analysis for supplier segmentation, risk modelling, category strategy development, and market intelligence to enhance procurement maturity and innovation.
Driving meaningful content and ensuring easy access for stakeholders: procurement policies, processes, documentation, and sharing news and updates.
Promote continuous performance improvement ethos with stakeholders internally and externally, which results in Global Procurement being recognised as a high performing function.
