We’re hiring a Business Development Director to drive growth for a fast-scaling behavioural AI start-up in the pharma and healthcare space. This is a high‑impact, front‑end role focused on winning new business and building strategic relationships across the industry.
Business Development Director role:
- Lead business development across UK pharma and healthcare markets
- Engage and win new business with major organisations (e.g., AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson)
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and through public speaking
- Leverage your network to create and convert new opportunities
Business Development Director Requirements:
- Solid experience in new business within pharma or healthcare
- Strong “hunter” mentality with a drive to win new business
- Comfortable in a client‑facing, market‑facing role
- Energetic, proactive approach — someone who gets out and makes things happen
