The Opportunity

The Head of Ecommerce & Trading is responsible for owning and driving the global ecommerce strategy, trading performance, and digital customer experience. This role leads all aspects of online revenue generation, including trading, performance marketing, CRM, and onsite optimisation. The successful candidate will combine a strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach, ensuring that digital channels deliver best-in-class customer journeys, strong commercial performance and sustainable growth.

A key focus of the role is leveraging platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and AWIN to optimise performance, alongside effective management of external agencies and internal teams.
