Job Description
As a Contracts Director at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the contracts function. You will develop and implement contracts strategies and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company objectives. You will lead a team of contracts professionals and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure contract compliance and resolve any issues. You will report directly to the Process Technologies AGC for the EATCA region and work out of our Bracknell location on a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement contracts strategies and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company objectives.
- Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to the contracts team in reviewing and drafting contracts.
- Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure contract compliance and resolve any issues.
Qualifications – Must Have
- 12+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and prioritize tasks.
- Experience in leading and developing a team.
