Unit Lead Nursing – Lark View Care Home

Contract: Full Time. Salary: £24.75 per hour. Shift type: Day shift. Contracted hours: 36‑42.

Our care home has stunning views overlooking the Kent countryside and accommodates up to 64 residents. We provide nursing, residential, dementia, and respite care.

Responsibilities

• Management of medications.
• Supervision of staff with continual development of good practices throughout the team.
• Providing training and support to your team.
• In charge of the care home out of hours, including bank holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

As Senior Registered Nurse (RGN), you will have a valid NMC registration and will take ownership to keep up to date with clinical best practices.
