Plan, track and manage delivery across multiple client implementations, ensuring timelines, scope and quality are met
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery, coordinating across engineering, product and commercial teams
Translate client requirements into clear delivery plans, milestones and dependencies
Identify and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate
Drive clear communication, reporting and governance for internal and external stakeholders
Continuously improve delivery processes, templates and ways of working as the company scales
You have experience managing technical projects or programmes, ideally delivering software products to clients
You are comfortable working with engineering teams and understand modern software delivery practices
You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients
You are highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scale-up environment with evolving priorities
You take ownership of outcomes and are motivated by delivering high-quality client experiences
Bonus: experience in insurance, fintech or regulated environments
Collaborative skills with an emphasis on product quality.
Experience in insurtech, insurance or related industries.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in a distributed work environment.
