Job Title – DevOps Solutions Architect

Location – Sheffield, UK

Mode of Work – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite Per Week)

Type of Hiring – Fixed Term Employment (FTE)

Project Duration – 6 to 12 Months

Mandatory Skills – Ansible, Architectural diagrams, CI/CD Architecture, Risk Management (Credit/Market/IT/Ops), Shell Scripting

Skills Required

• Ability to challenge conventional wisdom to design the best solution
• 5 years designing and delivering Ansible-based automation into Jenkins CICD pipelines
• Highly developed communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and be comfortable working in a multi cultured global environment
• Working experience in Agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently and within a diverse team environment
• Strong documentation collaboration and ownership mindset
• Experience of working with and improving IT Services underpinned by vendor software
• Product domain experience in one or more of
• Mainframe zOS and job execution workflows
• BMC ControlM
• An understanding of financial services compliance and risk management requirements
