SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors expert with deep product and technical expertise to lead solution design, configuration, and deployment across a multi-module landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture & delivery
• Lead hands-on configuration across the SuccessFactors suite
• Drive cross-module integrations and best practice design
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR tech solutions

Key experience

• Strong cross-module expertise, including a mix of: Recruitment, ONB 2.0, EC, EC Payroll, PMGM, Compensation, Learning, TIH, Career & Talent Development, Joule AI
• Proven track record in implementations & deployments
• Solid understanding of HR processes + integrations (APIs/middleware)
• Work on complex, global programmes
• Be at the forefront of AI-driven HR transformation
