Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic RIBA chartered practice who offer their expertise to the residential, retail, and healthcare sectors. They are looking for a talented Technical Architect to join their expanding team in their Harrogate studio.

Duties for the role of Technical Architect include:

• Produce creative design solutions
• Develop high-quality technical drawing and specifications
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
• Attend design team meetings and site visits
• Deliver projects from inception through to completion

Skills and experience for the role of Technical Architect:

• ARB registered
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on projects at RIBA stages 5 and 6
• Experience managing projects across various sectors
• Job running experience is desirable
• Excellent drawing and design skills
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
