We are partnering with a globally recognised premium consumer brand to appoint a Head of Amazon EU. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead the Amazon commercial strategy across Europe’s largest markets while shaping the future of digital retail for a category-leading business.
The role will take full ownership of the Amazon EU P&L, driving both revenue growth and profitability across the EU5 markets. You will lead the development of the regional Amazon organisation, scaling a high-performing team while working closely with brand, marketing, supply chain and finance leaders across multiple markets.
This is a highly strategic leadership position for someone who combines deep Amazon expertise with strong commercial leadership and operational execution.
The Role
As Head of Amazon EU, you will define and deliver the regional strategy across all aspects of the Amazon business, including commercial performance, supply chain, marketplace execution and performance marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full Amazon EU P&L, delivering revenue growth and profitability across key European markets
- Build and lead the Amazon EU organisation, developing a high-performing team across account management, operations and digital media
- Develop and execute regional Amazon strategy and Joint Business Plans with Amazon vendor teams
- Translate brand marketing strategies into best-in-class marketplace execution across multiple markets
- Lead the planning and delivery of major promotional moments, including Prime Day, Black Friday and key seasonal campaigns
- Drive excellence in inventory planning, forecasting and FBA operations in partnership with supply chain teams
- Use data and insights to optimise conversion, availability, media performance and profitability
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to ensure premium brand representation across Amazon content, stores and media
- Act as the primary Amazon EU stakeholder, collaborating with regional leadership, brand teams and affiliate markets
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience within e-commerce, digital retail or Amazon account leadership
- Deep expertise in Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Retail Analytics and marketplace strategy
- Proven experience owning and managing a significant P&L
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing ecommerce teams
- Experience working across multiple European markets in a matrix organisation
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into commercial action
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
Experience within premium consumer, beauty, lifestyle or FMCG brands is highly desirable.
