• Owning end-to-end Home trading performance
• Deploying pricing changes quickly (Radar) with proper control
• Building MI that’s actually used — not just produced
• Leading conversations where decisions get made
• Working across underwriting, claims, finance & risk
• Developing a tight, high-performing team

• Have already delivered in personal lines pricing/trading
• Still enjoy being close to the detail (not just steering committees)
• Are confident backing their judgement with data
