These are the brands reshaping what we see on our shelves. B-Corp certified, founder-led, and growing fast — the kind of businesses people want to work for. You'd be the senior finance voice across two or three of them.

This isn't a corporate FD role inside one mature business. It's something more interesting: an embedded Brand Finance Director across a portfolio of scaling challenger food and drink brands, working directly alongside their founders and leadership teams at the moments that matter most. You'll be No.1 in finance for those brands.

The brands are at different stages of growth. Some are navigating their first significant fundraise. Others are expanding into new channels or markets. All of them need a commercially sharp finance leader who understands the sector and can move at the pace they're moving.

What you'll do

• Brand finance leadership: you'll own the finance function for your portfolio of brands — management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, board reporting, compliance. Close enough to each business that founders treat you as a genuine strategic partner, not a reporting function. Leading a team who do the preparation, so your time is focused on genuine value add, senior strategic finance support.
• Commercial and investment support: you'll lead on the moments that define a brand's trajectory — fundraising rounds, working capital decisions, new channel entry, manufacturing strategy etc.
• Building as you go: this is a growing portfolio. You'll help shape how finance support evolves across the brands as they scale — developing the team around you and contributing to what comes next at a senior level.

What you'll need

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Deep multi-channel, FMCG experience within scaling organisations
• Proven track record as a trusted finance partner to founders or senior leadership in high-growth businesses
• Experience guiding businesses through investment processes with PE or VC partners
• Comfortable operating at board level within the SME or start-up space
