The Hungerford Surgery is looking for a salaried GP to joinour primary care team.

We have a key focus on professional development and haveregular educational meetings and in-house training.

We have an excellent multidisciplinary practice teamincluding Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Pharmacy Technician, a Mental HealthPractitioner, Social Prescriber, First Contact Musculoskeletal Physician andNursing team experienced in chronic disease management including Diabetes andRespiratory illness.

Our management, administration team and care navigators arehighly trained to enable us to concentrate on patient care and to reduce ouradministration workload.

Daily shared coffee breaks allow staff to meet up and wehold weekly practice meetings including team meetings, clinical meetings andeducational meetings to support an environment for CPD, shared learning andpractice development.

We are part of the West Berkshire Rural PCN of which our GPpartner, Dr Evans is the Clinical Director.

The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.
