About Role

The General Practitioner will deliver comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients registered at the practice. The role involves both face-to-face and remote consultations, including telephone triage and video consultations under the practice’s total triage care model. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality primary healthcare services to registered patients
• Conduct in-person, telephone, and video consultations with patients
• Provide diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management
• Perform clinical administration, including reviewing test results and correspondence
• Participate in quality improvement programs such as the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF)
• Contribute to practice governance activities and clinical audits
• Provide safeguarding leadership and medical reports where required
• Conduct home visits and participate in on-call clinical duties when necessary
• Collaborate with clinical leads and practice management teams to improve service delivery
• Support operational planning and performance targets, including patient satisfaction and quality standards

Requirements

• Current registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
• Inclusion on the NHS Performers List
• GP accreditation, such as an MRCGP qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience delivering patient-centered primary care services
• Knowledge of NHS clinical frameworks such as QOF, DES, LCS, and CQUINs
• Familiarity with clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMIS Web preferred
• Strong clinical judgement, communication, and patient care skills
• Eligibility for a UK Skilled Worker visa sponsorship if applying internationally
