The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Manufacturing Operations will lead all core operational functions across the manufacturing facility, including Production, QHSE, Planning & Purchasing and Continuous Improvement. The Head of Manufacturing Operations will be responsible for driving operational strategy, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards and delivering improvements in productivity, efficiency and customer delivery performance.

  • Leading cross-functional operational teams across Production, QHSE, Planning & Purchasing and Continuous Improvement
  • Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with the company’s long-term growth plans
  • Driving lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement across production operations
  • Ensuring production schedules and operational resources meet customer demand and delivery targets
  • Promoting a strong “Safety First” culture and ensuring compliance with all health, safety and environmental standards
  • Leading process and performance improvements to enhance productivity, product quality and cost efficiency
  • Overseeing multiple manufacturing cells and toolroom operations while ensuring optimal performance across the facility
  • Developing and mentoring operational teams while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability and performance
