Design has a bigger seat at the table than ever before — and this role is central to that.
The Head of Design will lead a multi-disciplinary team of Product Designers, Content Designers, and Service Designers — owning the end-to-end digital customer experience across app and web. You'll work closely with Product, Technology, and senior CX leaders to shape long-term strategy and raise the bar on design quality across the organisation.
This is a hands‑on leadership role. You'll define the vision, build the culture and be accountable for both the quality of output and its measurable impact on customers and the business.
