This is a rare opportunity to define and lead a global social and community strategy for an iconic brand undergoing an exciting phase of cultural and digital evolution.
As the global lead for social and community, you will shape how the brand shows up in culture, building meaningful connections with consumers, creators, and partners across international markets.
This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, requiring someone who can set direction at a global level while enabling agile, high-quality execution across regions.
You will play a key role in transforming the brand into a social-first, culturally relevant business, driving both engagement and measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver a global social and community strategy aligned to brand, product, and commercial objectives
- Lead the development of social-first, culturally impactful campaigns across multiple markets
- Build and oversee a best-in-class creator, influencer, and ambassador ecosystem
- Drive community engagement through innovative, insight-led initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with brand, creative, media, and commercial teams to ensure integrated delivery
- Lead global and regional teams to execute strategy with local relevance
- Own performance measurement, using data and insights to continuously optimise output
- Champion innovation by staying ahead of emerging platforms, trends, and technologies
