Overview
Senior - Principal Electrical Design Engineer | City of London | Hybrid Working | Up to £75k
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design delivery across a variety of projects
- Work closely with architects and clients to develop integrated, design-led solutions
- Take ownership of technical quality, coordination, and project outcomes
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Support and mentor junior engineers
- Contribute to project strategy and problem solving
What they’re looking for
- Strong experience in electrical building services design within a consultancy
- Proven track record delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality or mixed-use
- Confident leading projects and managing client relationships
- Strong technical knowledge across power, lighting, and building systems design
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers
- Chartered or working towards chartership (preferred)
