A respected regional law firm is seeking a Junior Solicitor with experience in private family law to join its growing Family & Matrimonial team in Newport. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-net-worth and complex family matters while developing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

• Supporting senior fee earners on high-value and sensitive family law cases
• Managing your own caseload of private family matters
• Advising on divorce, financial remedies, and private children issues
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Attending client meetings and court hearings
• Contributing to the team's growth and reputation

Candidate Requirements

• 1-3 years PQE in private family law
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage matters independently and as part of a team
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
• Commitment to professional development and team success
