Senior Brand Manager
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Brand Manager will work on either the Active Nutrition or the Vitamin & Mineral Supplements portfolio, defining and implementing the UK Annual brand plans to deliver agreed business results and influence key stakeholders. The role also ensures that long‑term global brand priorities, the innovation pipeline and brand communication content are aligned with UK market objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Brand Strategy & Planning: Own the end‑to‑end annual brand planning cycle and 3‑year innovation pipeline, ensuring alignment with global strategy and UK&I commercial priorities.
- Execute & Activate Brand Plans: Deliver full‑mix marketing execution, business cases, NPD launches, and communication plans that adhere to Nestlé Health Science and Group guidelines.
- Engage & Influence Stakeholders: Present plans to internal leadership, commercial teams, and key retailers while managing relationships with media, creative, and third‑party partners.
- Optimize Performance & Resources: Oversee PFME allocation, monitor brand/market performance, track competitor activity, and adjust plans to maximise ROI.
- Lead & Inspire Teams: Support the development of direct and indirect team members, foster cross‑team collaboration, and energise stakeholders around portfolio and brand ambitions.
Ingredients for Success
Applicants should have extensive marketing experience, preferably as a Senior Brand Manager or equivalent, and a proven track record of delivering brand‑building KPIs within the category. The role demands a passion for wellness and nutrition, strong stakeholder influence and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex cross‑functional projects.
Required Qualifications
- Proven marketing leadership, including launching major consumer products and managing complexity across the full marketing mix.
- Strong stakeholder influence skills, able to communicate credibly and present confidently within a matrix organisation.
- Expertise in developing integrated, multi‑media communication campaigns from start to finish.
- Commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing PFME budgets and making sound decisions with incomplete information.
- Strong analytical capability and a mature, pragmatic approach to cross‑functional collaboration.
