About Supportive Counselling Ltd

Our work is grounded in the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives, and that therapy should be flexible, accessible, and responsive to individual needs.

Alongside traditional talking therapies, we integrate creative and relational approaches, including art‑based work and Lego therapy, and offer specialist interventions such as Rewind Trauma Therapy. We are committed to creating an inclusive, ethical, and supportive environment for both our clients and our associate counsellors.
