Digital Planning Director - leading network media agency

A leading network media agency which have a great reputation are seeking a Performance Planning Director to lead the performance strategy across one of their flagship clients; one if the world’s most recognisable brands.

This role reports into Client Partner and will be working alongside a Planning Partner and Strategy Director. It offers the chance to join a talented team and play a pivotal role in award winning work for an incredible client, which is at the forefront of innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-to-lower funnel performance planning and optimisation
• Develop and deliver data-led, cross-channel media strategies
• Drive measurable outcomes across always-on and campaign activity
• Work closely with planning, activation, strategy and analytics teams
• Act as senior client lead for performance, including presentations
• Identify innovation opportunities across media, data and tech
• Mentor and develop junior team members

Your profile

• Strong digital planning background with proven performance results are key for this role
• Prior performance within a performance-led role within a media agency
• Experience with data-led strategy, measurement and analytics tools
• Confident client-facing and presenting at senior level
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
