We are seeking a high-impact, commercially driven Exhibition Sales Director to lead one of our flagship healthcare exhibitions. This is a senior, revenue-owner role for an ambitious sales professional who thrives on winning business personally and is motivated to maximise earnings through exceptional performance.
This role exists to make a tangible difference to how we serve our audiences and grow our business. You will build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and close high-value deals end-to-end.
As Exhibition Sales Director, you will be commercially accountable for the exhibition, responsible for delivering sustained revenue and profit growth while setting the benchmark for sales excellence. It combines new business with the retention and expansion of our largest and most strategic accounts. This commercial role is hands‑on, front‑footed, and focused on building high‑value relationships and closing significant deals. You will drive strategy, secure key accounts, and consistently outperform targets.
You will work in a fast‑paced, specialist media environment where commercial awareness, audience insight, and collaboration are key. This role is for someone who enjoys ownership, understands trade‑offs, and is motivated by seeing their work have a real‑world impact across industries and professional communities.
