Senior Lawyer - Corporate/Leveraged Finance - Birmingham - 4PQE+ (Multiple roles available)

We are looking for Senior Lawyers (4PQE+) to join us in Birmingham, working as part of the national Banking Practice Group to support a broad range of banking transactions across Corporate Finance and Leveraged Finance. The candidate will gain experience working with private equity sponsors, corporates, banks and funds.

These roles will involve working on a wide range of finance matters. We expect team members of all levels to be engaged in business development activities, including organising and attending larger set‑piece marketing events as well as more ad hoc and opportunistic meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Working on a wide range of finance matters across Corporate/Leveraged Finance and Real Estate Finance, advising on leveraged situations, M&A, corporate finance, refinancing, asset‑based lending, group reorganisations and debt capital markets.

Key Skills and Experience

• 4 PQE+
• Looking for a Senior Associate/Principal Associate or Legal Director role
• Strong experience specifically in Corporate Debt/Leveraged Finance
• Want to work in a highly collaborative and non‑hierarchical environment
• Motivated by delivering great service for clients while helping to develop business and contribute to training, marketing, knowledge management and other non‑transactional activities
• Able to work independently as well as with other members of the team
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• Capable of supporting and developing junior members of the team
