What You’ll Do
- Lead on subscription lines, NAV facilities, and GP finance transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex fund finance documentation
- Provide commercially-focused legal advice on regulatory, reputational, and legal risks
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and external counsel to deliver results
- Manage multiple, high-value transactions in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified lawyer with experience fund finance experience
- Strong technical skills in drafting and negotiating finance documentation
- Ability to provide pragmatic, commercially-oriented advice
- Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders
