Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Employ technical SEO, content optimization, and UX improvements to enhance eCommerce growth.
- Confidently present strategies and performance outcomes to both clients and internal teams, managing presentations virtually or in person.
- Lead the UK-based SEO team, currently composed of a small but growing number of professionals.
- Oversee team performance, drive career development, and ensure high levels of engagement and motivation.
- Define and communicate the strategic direction for SEO services within the UK, and report regularly on revenue growth and overall team performance.
Networking & Business Growth
- Build the agency’s reputation in the UK e-commerce and SEO industry by establishing strong networks.
- Represent the agency at industry events, fostering relationships that lead to new business opportunities.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for SEO, inspiring the team and driving forward the SEO product offering.
