A national, Top 100 firm is looking for a junior solicitor to join its specialist Education & Charities team, supporting a long‑established practice that advises more than 400 educational institutions nationwide. You'll work on a broad mix of data protection matters, from day‑to‑day compliance queries to supporting corporate transactions across the education and charity sectors.
Your work will include advising on UK GDPR compliance, handling DSARs and data breaches, drafting and negotiating data protection provisions in commercial contracts, and contributing to due diligence on M&A matters. You'll manage your own files with support from experienced colleagues and be part of a team that is genuinely embedded in the sector.
