Sales Director

Company: Pousada Picinguaba, Brazil

Location: London

Posted: April 17th, 2026

At the heart of this role is We Are Nature's mission and the living ecosystems of Pousada Picinguaba and Fazenda Catuçaba (Brazil).

We Are Nature exists to steward places where hospitality becomes a true relationship with nature, culture, and human connection. For more than 25 years, Pousada Picinguaba and Fazenda Catuçaba have welcomed guests from around the world who are not seeking standardized luxury, but meaningful experiences rooted in community, care, and presence.

Our properties are truly unique, world‑class expressions of nature and culture — preserved lands and discreet hideaways in a troubled world, offering a lived experience of nature's abundance. These locations are deeply transformative. They embody an idyllic, authentic, and timeless Brazil, far beyond passing marketing trends.

At a moment when Brazilian culture and sensibility are gaining increasing international resonance — with Brazil named Destination of the Year 2026 by Travel + Leisure — Pousada Picinguaba and Fazenda Catuçaba are ready to expand their light.

Picinguaba is a fishing village and a discreet coastal refuge on the preserved shores of the Costa Verde between Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo where forest, sea, and community are interconnected. Fazenda Catuçaba is a historic countryside estate, surrounded by pristine nature, art, architecture, organic food, animals, and ecologically advanced practices.

Both places host families, retreats, and groups seeking depth, beauty, and reconnection. Together, they form a singular hospitality ecosystem: intimate, values‑driven, and internationally relevant.

As We Are Nature enters a new phase of growth, our focus is not expansion at any cost, but intelligent, relationship‑led sales development. Growth, for us, means deepening the quality of our guests, partnerships, and long‑term relationships — while ensuring strong, sustainable financial performance.

Sales Director

Designated to steward this growth, the Sales Director is a senior, high‑trust position for someone who drives profitability with emotional intelligence and strategic clarity with warmth and integrity. The role is not transactional; it is about building and activating meaningful networks and translating the soul of these places into increased bookings and brand awareness, owning the customer journey and product delivery end to end. This includes individual stays, group bookings, retreats, and curated experiences across both properties.

This is a performance‑led, commission‑based role for a candidate confident in generating results, comfortable with autonomy, and motivated by long‑term impact rather than short‑term wins.

At its core, the role ensures that the right people find their way to Picinguaba and Fazenda Catuçaba — and that the business grows with rhythm, consistency, and accountability.

Beyond hospitality and group sales, the role may gradually extend to select long‑term opportunities, such as recurring retreats with aligned organizations. Over time, there may also be scope to contribute to the careful exploration of real‑estate‑related initiatives.
