Renewable Energy Senior Design Engineer

What you’ll do:

• Design and review drawings and site layouts for solar and BESS projects
• Support QA/QC and coordinate closely with PMs, developers, and field teams
• Use tools like AutoCAD, PVcase, and PVsyst to optimize system performance

You’ll bring:

• An engineering degree and experience with solar PV design (ground mount)
• Great technical and people skills

Package:

$100 K – $130 K 10% bonus, strong PTO, and long‑term retention incentives.

Location:

Remote role but based ideally from Wisconsin or Midwest.
