In this Contentious Probate Solicitor role, you will manage a varied caseload focused exclusively on contentious probate matters, working both independently and alongside experienced colleagues on more complex cases.
Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload of contentious probate and will disputes
- Handling Inheritance Act claims, will validity challenges, and executor disputes
- Supporting on complex estate, trust, and Court of Protection disputes
- Collaborating with colleagues across litigation and private client teams
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' civil litigation experience
- Experience in contentious probate or a strong interest in specialising in this area
- Ability to manage your own caseload with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Willingness to work collaboratively and continue developing your expertise
