We are working with a highly regarded SRA-regulated ABS entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with plans to evolve into a full-service law firm.
With an established reputation in serious injury and complex personal injury litigation, this is a rare opportunity to join a team delivering top-tier, technical work while being part of a business that is actively expanding and investing in its future.
Location: 100% Remote (Office in Diss, Suffolk/Norfolk border)
Salary: £40,000 – £120,000 (depending on experience)
PQE: NQ through to Senior / Head of Team level considered
The Role
The firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX) to join its Serious Injury / Multi-Track team, working on high-quality, complex matters.
You will handle or support a caseload including:
- Serious and catastrophic injury claims
- Complex RTA matters (including specialist motorbike claims)
- Multi-track litigation High-value, technical personal injury cases
This is not a volume-driven environment. The focus is on lower caseloads, higher value files and delivering exceptional client service, resulting in stronger outcomes for both clients and fee earners.
Depending on your level, you will:
- Work closely with senior lawyers on complex matters (NQ/junior level)
- Run your own multi-track caseload with autonomy
- Play a key role in developing the team as it continues to grow (senior level)
The Team
You’ll be joining an experienced and highly specialised team, led by respected senior practitioners with deep expertise in complex personal injury work.
The structure includes:
- A Head of Team overseeing serious injury work
- A Technical Lead supporting complex legal matters
- Dedicated multi-track specialists
- A wider team including client care and paralegal support
The firm is actively looking to expand its multi-track capability, recognising that quality work, not volume, drives success.

About You

- Are a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer (or approaching qualification)
