A mid sized West End law firm (with over 20 solicitors) and with an existing corporate commercial law practice is looking to recruit a further corporate lawyer/ partner/ partner designate to join their corporate & commercial legal team.
The Firm & Role
This West End law firm provides a mix of business and personal legal services including a range of corporate and commercial legal services, including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Joint Ventures, Shareholder Agreements & LLPs
- Banking & Finance (including Property Finance) matters
- Re-organisations and Structuring
- Start-Ups
- Company & Commercial Law advice
- Technology, IP and Commercial Contracts
About You
The firm looks to a hire a Corporate or Corporate Commercial Lawyer with experience of running client matters, ideally with an existing client base and who demonstrates:
- Experience of leading on a range of corporate and commercial law matters and possibly finance/ property finance matters
- Active involvement in networking and business development
- Track record of generating work and developing strong client relationships
