Associate Building Regulation Principal Designer
Our long established, London based Building Consultancy is seeking an Associate Building Regulation Principal Designer to be involved in a variety of projects in the heart of London.
Alongside our internal architectural services, we have successfully ventured into external Building Regulations Principal Design, enabling us to offer above market rates for our Principal Designers.
Responsibilities
The successful Associate Building Regulation Principal Designer will be responsible for ensuring Building Regulation compliance and guiding clients through the Gateway process and all CDM related risk during the design stages. The role requires clear communication to ensure a smooth handover to the Principal Contractor.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 7 years of experience in an Architectural, Design, or Building Control role
- Membership with ARB, MCIAT, RIBA, MCABE, or MCIOB
- A proven ability to ensure Building Regulation compliance within designs
