The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Manager who thrives on leading people and driving results. You’ll manage a team of 4 Sales Team Leaders, supporting them to develop their teams and hit targets. You’ll combine hands‑on sales expertise with coaching, motivation, and strategic insight.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Sales Team Leaders, helping them get the best out of their agents
- Coach, mentor and develop individual leaders to grow their capabilities
- Set ambitious but achievable goals and monitor progress
- Support your team with tools, processes, and insights to improve performance
- Collaborate with leadership to contribute to company growth strategy
- Oversee pipeline management and sales reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of sales experience, with proven results in B2B sales
- Minimum 5 years managing a team or multiple team leaders
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
- People‑focused approach with the ability to drive performance xlqdzyr
- Knowledge of utilities or consultancy sales is advantageous but not essential
