Our global client are seeking a commercial counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales: supporting European sales teams (e.g. corporate sales agreements, brokers, travel management companies and partnership agreements) with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, general legal advice and handling commercial disputes.
- Procurement: supporting European procurement teams, including drafting and negotiating a range of contracts, licences & development agreements, IT & SaaS agreements, fleet purchase agreements, providing general legal advice and handling commercial disputes.

- Public affairs & Lobbying
- IP: assisting with management of the International region’s trademark portfolio.
