Senior Analyst – Accenture
Location: Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, Newcastle, London.
Salary: Competitive (based on experience).
Position requires satisfactory BPSS and SC security clearance.

Qualifications
- Experience working with product owners, project managers, business analysts, SMEs and developers to collaboratively design and deliver solutions.
- Ability to articulate solutions to stakeholders with varying technical knowledge.
- Some experience leading a team, collaborating with or managing junior resources.
- Problem‑solving ability and effective relationship management, communication and delivery across internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding and practical experience of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- At least 2 years of experience in project/programme management, design, development or QA roles within a complex technology solution environment; preferably on Cloud or SaaS systems.
- Experience with software delivery and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio and Excel.
- Experience analysing data to inform systems design and decision making.
- Experience using Agentic and GenAI tooling such as Copilot, Anthropic Claude and AWS Q in project delivery.
- Ability to translate business needs and requirements into design documentation.
- Experience developing collaborative relationships with external clients/customers.
Additional Desired Experience
- Functional and non‑functional analysis and design experience.
- Experience in regulated industries such as health and public sector, or interest in working with UK Government, Defence, Security Agencies and Public Safety.
- Proven history of working in a complex and diverse delivery environment.
- Knowledge of software architecture principles, integration design patterns and secure system design.
- Expertise as a subject‑matter expert in one or more tools and technologies.
- Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Multi‑cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is advantageous.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
