Site Manager - North West - New Build Housing
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established regional housebuilder delivering high-quality new build housing projects across the North West.
Location: North West
Salary: Competitive + bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of site operations on new build housing developments
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to NHBC standards
- Oversee subcontractors, labour and materials on site
- Maintain and enforce health & safety compliance at all times
- Monitor build progress and resolve any issues efficiently
- Liaise with commercial, technical and sales teams
- Carry out site inspections and ensure quality of finish
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding
- Strong background in new build housing developments
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
- Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
