Role Overview

We are inviting professionals to join our Corporate Transaction Tax (CTT) team within the International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice, working on challenging, multi‑country projects in a supportive, dynamic environment where your impact truly matters.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Take a leading role in growing the Restructuring tax team nationally, building a close working relationship with the Financial Reporting (FR) practice to be the first point‑of‑contact on tax matters.
- Establish a role within the broader Tax practice to become a go‑to contact for Restructuring‑related expertise.
- Provide tax input into corporate reorganisations, business reviews & contingency plans, accelerated M&A processes, legal entity rationalisation projects, and insolvency appointments and processes including Schemes of Arrangement and Restructuring Plans.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- ACA/ATT/CTA or international equivalent / Law qualification.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in M&A tax and/or Restructuring tax.
- Client‑focused mindset with the ability to deliver high‑quality outputs in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Commercial awareness and experience identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
- Proven experience coaching and developing junior team members.

Location: London, Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds. Hybrid working and flexibility are supported.
