Your main duties:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations ofconstruction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, andto a high standard of quality.
- Oversee and manage site teams, sub-contractors, andsuppliers, maintaining excellent working relationships.
- Monitor project progress, address any issues, andreport to senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safetyregulations, site procedures, and quality standards.
- Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment toensure timely availability for site activities.
- Manage the budget for site operations, minimizingcosts while maintaining quality.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and otherstakeholders, providing updates on project status.
- Identify and resolve technical issues or delays,proposing and implementing corrective actions.
