Remote but must come into the London office once a week.

Salary £80k to £95k DOE

Overview

We are seeking a senior commercial leader to design, develop and drive growth of private healthcare services across GP, digital, and hybrid care pathways. This is a startup environment, brand new position, service line, and entity. This individual will own the end-to-end private patient journey, lead commercial strategy, and work closely with marketing, clinical operations, and product teams to scale private care revenue streams.

The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, a strategic mindset, and proven experience developing B2C and B2B healthcare pathways. They will translate market demand, patient behaviour, and digital trends into compelling service lines and customer experiences. You must have demonstrable, recent private healthcare sector experience
