What you'll be doing:
- Win and develop new client relationships
- Deliver high-quality professional and project work
- Take ownership of dilapidations, surveys, and refurbishment projects
- Help shape the service line and influence its direction
- Play a key role in building and mentoring a future team
What we're looking for:
- Commercially minded Building Surveyor with strong client focus
- Experience across core services such as dilaps, condition surveys, CA or project work
- Confident generating work and building relationships
- MRICS preferred but not essential
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
