The newly structuredExpenses functionnow consists of three core areas:
- Production
- Change & Partnering
- Business Partnering– where this role sits
You’ll be part of a 22-person team focused ondriving the expense strategyandacting as a key link between finance and the business. This position involves challenging stakeholders, working closely with executive and strategy teams, and understanding how expenses tie into the broader insurance cycle – particularly relevant in the current hard market.
Ideal Profile:
- Strong background in expense management
- Experience within theinsurance/Lloyd’s marketpreferred
- Confident business partner, able to influence and challenge at senior levels
