We are working with a premium lifestyle brand to recruit a Store Manager (Maternity Cover) for one of their key London locations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand known for its strong identity, customer experience, and high-quality product offering, in a role where you will take full ownership of store performance and team leadership.
The Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, driving commercial performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with the brand’s standards.
You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the store environment reflects the brand’s values while motivating and developing your team to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Drive sales and KPIs through strong commercial awareness
- Deliver an outstanding and consistent customer experience
- Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store presentation
- Manage stock, operations, and overall store efficiency
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture
- Act as the key point of contact between store and head office

- Proven experience as a Store Manager within premium or lifestyle retail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Commercially driven with a track record of achieving targets
- Passionate about customer experience and brand storytelling
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
