Key Requirements
- Proven experience managing cladding remediation projects
- Strong site management and leadership skills
- Ability to oversee subcontractors, programmes, and health & safety compliance
Key Duties
- Manage day‑to‑day operations on site, ensuring project delivery to programme and budget
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site staff
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality on site
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth communication
- Monitor progress and report regularly on site performance
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and project‑specific regulations
This is an 18‑month fixed‑term contract, offering the right candidate the chance to lead a specialist remediation scheme from start to finish.
