Are you an experienced retail leader who thrives on accountability, structure, and high standards? Aramark UK has an exciting opportunity for a Shop Manager to take full ownership of an onsite retail operation within a secure Immigration Removal Centre in Kidlington.

As Shop Manager, you will provide overall leadership, control, and assurance for the onsite retail operation. You'll be fully accountable for performance, ensuring the shop operates safely, compliantly, and profitably, while always meeting contractual and customer expectations.
You will take ownership of financial governance, stock integrity, people management, and compliance - ensuring retail services are delivered consistently, transparently, and to the highest standards, while minimising risk to both Aramark UK and our client.
