Job Description

The Department Manager (DM) at H&M Home is responsible for creating an excellent and inspiring shopping experience for our customers on a daily basis. This role involves planning and organising the daily operations of the store together with the Store Manager and team.

Responsibilities

• Customer first: provide excellent customer service.
• Work with the store team to maximise profitability and sales.
• Create inspirational presentations alone and with the team.
• Set an example by acting in line with H&M Group values, H&M Home brand DNA and H&M Group Global leadership expectations.

• Interior interest and trend awareness, experience in visual presentation & interior styling.
