Role:

Global Program Manager (12 Month FTC)

Location:

London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid working role, 1 Day from our Client’s office in Slough, 1 Day from our London HQ)

About the role:

Working in partnership with our client’s Global Program Director, Operations Director and the Global Team Lead, the role delivers strong levels of operations, commercials and problem solving. They are responsible for helping drive innovations in the account and measuring success. They will have an active role in developing the operating model for the account as we learn and optimise with the support of emerging AI technologies.

This role develops and builds strong relationships with clients at all levels, becoming a trusted and valued advisor. They also are the go‑to person for the internal team, particularly the client services team.
