About the Role
To be an effective Store Manager you will maximise fragrance and skincare sales, drive efficiencies and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team to be their best.
- Provide leadership and inspire your team.
- Maintain an atmosphere that delivers amazing service, meets performance targets and maintains accurate stock processes in a commercial and safe environment.
- Be responsible for the Bath & Body Works experience in store, including advising and selling products and acting as a brand ambassador.
- Ensure the store meets all legal and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all operational and commercial activities.
- Report to the Area Manager as part of an area team, contributing to brand growth.
- Show resilience during periods of change and generate ideas to solve problems and drive results.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date communication to support business needs.
About You
- Passionate about customers, people and fragrance and skincare products.
- Exceptional commercial understanding and ability to create a fantastic shopping experience.
- Team player who thrives in a results‑driven, fast‑paced, challenging environment.
- Great communicator, calm and approachable under pressure.
- Confident problem solver, able to make sound business decisions, challenge processes and generate innovative ideas.
- Experienced in leading and coaching high‑performing teams and effectively dealing with people issues.
- Effective multitasker capable of planning, organising and prioritising workload.
